Celebrating Women in Aviation at Vista

At Vista, we recognize that the strength of our global organization lies in the diversity and talent of our people. To mark Women in Aviation Week 2025, we recognize the exceptional women who drive our success — the leaders, innovators, and professionals who are shaping the future of private aviation.

Celebrating Women in Aviation at Vista

As part of our celebrations this year, we brought together an accomplished panel of women from across Vista to share their journeys, achievements and advice. Our panellists discussed their personal journeys into aviation, how increasing opportunities will shape the industry in the future, and offered valuable advice to aspiring professionals.

Vista is home to many women who are leading the way across all areas of the business. Their stories reflect the passion, expertise, and commitment that define our culture.

There has been incredible growth, expansion and change over my time at Vista, and all have brought new opportunities to progress, collaborate and innovate. Working with teams across the business from technology to sustainability, operations to client services, partnerships to sales, has allowed me time to further broaden ideas as we continue pushing boundaries within the industry.
– Jennifer Farquhar – Director of Group of Communications

According to the UK Civil Aviation Authority*, the aviation industry has seen a significant increase in female representation. Between 2019 and 2023, there was a 26% rise in pilot licenses issued to women in the UK, with a notable increase in commercial licenses of 43%.

By fostering these discussions, we continue to build a culture where women are encouraged to grow, lead, and break new ground in aviation.

One of the things I love about this industry is the continuous exchange of knowledge—your growth never stops. It’s an amazing opportunity for all of us.
— Annalise Signone, Financial Controller MROs Malta
