Vista Global’s Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Our Business

Vista Global is a leading private aviation group offering charter, membership, and aircraft services to clients worldwide. We are fully committed to combating modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms. Vista Global acknowledges that these issues remain present in today’s global society and maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach toward them within our operations and supply chains.

We are dedicated to conducting our business ethically and with integrity. As part of this commitment, we have taken proactive steps to implement robust systems and controls designed to prevent any occurrence of modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or among our suppliers.

Our Commitment

Vista Global is dedicated to continuously enhancing its systems and processes to prevent all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking across our operations and supply chains. We uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency, maintaining a zero-tolerance stance on forced labour and exploitation. We ensure strict compliance with our policy commitments as well as all relevant government legislation and regulations.

Our Supply Chain

Vista Global’s supply chains are around the globe and include, but are not limited to, aircraft manufacturers, lessors, ground handling services, catering staff, fuel suppliers, and maintenance providers. We perform due diligence on all suppliers before engaging their services, which includes verifying regulatory licenses and certifications, assessing compliance with relevant authorities, evaluating financial stability, and conducting audits where necessary.

Polices and Procedure

We have established a range of policies to help prevent modern slavery, including an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, a Supplier Code of Conduct that sets out labour standards and compliance expectations, a Whistleblowing Policy that allows staff to report concerns confidentially, and robust due diligence procedures for supplier onboarding.

Training and Awareness

All employees receive training on identifying signs of modern slavery and reporting procedures. Awareness campaigns and internal communications further reinforce our commitment.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps Vista Global has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains.
