The service team comprises of our Cabin Hosts, Client Services and Private Dining teams. At Vista, each service team goes above and beyond to safely deliver consistent, seamless and excellent customer experiences. We cover every detail, from a particular bottle of wine or catering from a preferred restaurant, to comforting a Member’s pet onboard a flight.

As a member of one of our service teams, you will be liaising with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, capturing their individual requirements and preferences to achieve our aim of creating a "home away from home” experience onboard. We seek individuals with the highest standards of attention to detail, skillful problem-solving abilities and a passion for service, to join our team.

Cabin Hosts

Cabin Hosts are trained by the British Butler Institute, Norland College and Wine & Spirit Education Trust, in pet first aid, as well as being the first in private aviation to have in-house MedAire instructors to ensure passengers enjoy unrivalled service as standard on every flight.

Client Services

The Vista Client Services team is the first point of contact within the business for all our customers; dealing with all aspects of their travel experience as well as liaising with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Private Dining

The Vista Private Dining team work with more than 7,000 suppliers around the world; the finest producers and purveyors, the most sought-after private chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants to source the freshest and highest quality of ingredients for our clients.
